Accessibility
We strive to make the museum as accessible as possible to visitors with disabilities:
- All floors in the Pacific Pinball Museum are virtually the same level. There are no steps anywhere in the museum or parking areas. Entrances and interior public spaces are barrier-free.
- Accessible restroom
- Step stools and bar stools available

Pacific Pinball Museum staff members are happy to answer questions about the museum and the surrounding area. Visit the Front Desk just inside our entrance.
Photography
Photography is allowed for personal, noncommercial use. Any commercial use must be formally requested and agreed upon in a contract with the Pacific Pinball Museum. Tripods are not allowed.
Animals
Visitors with disabilities may bring their service animals into all areas where the public is permitted. Pets are not allowed in museum.
