"REPLAY"

2 Hour Party - Up to 20 Guests Included (+$15 per additional guests up to 29)

All pricing is for any guest between the ages of 4 and 94

PRICE: $450 (up to 20 people) Reservation held with a $100 deposit.

Each additional hour rate is $75/hour up to four hours.

 

"WIZARDS ONLY"

2 Hour Party - Up to 30 Guests Included (+$15 per additional guests up to 39)
All pricing is for any guest between the ages of 4 and 94

PRICE: $625 (up to 30 people) Reservation held with a $100 deposit.

Each additional hour rate is $75/hour up to four hours.

 

"HIGH SCORE"

2 Hour Party - Up to 40 Guests Included (+$15 per additional guests up to 75)

All pricing is for any guest between the ages of 4 and 94

PRICE: $925 (up to 40 people) Reservation held with a $100 deposit.

Each additional hour rate is $75/hour up to four hours.

·       Private & Spacious Large Party Room with Tables and Chairs Arranged

·       Use your own caterer, special dishes or favorite restaurant delivery. Adult beverages allowed and must stay in the party room.

·       Decades of Pinball to explore – 1940’s – 2000’s!  (Step stools available for children in every room)

·       Large Party Room will remain accessible throughout your event and includes a private restroom, sink area and small fridge.

·       Setup ½ hour before your party and ½ hour after your party for cleanup included!

All parties must be booked in advance and secured with a deposit. Additional time may be added to your party on a first come, first serve basis. Please inquire here or call (510) 769.1349 to secure a spot and/or check availability. Contact us about mid-week party pricing! Book early to reserve your preferred date and time!

If renting entire museum, a general liability endorsement/certificate naming PPM as additional insured in the amount of $1,000,000 must be provided 5 days before event date.

Renter’s Responsibilities

  • An hourly rate of $100 will be charged for overtime in Large Party room. An hourly rate of $50 will be charged for overtime in Small Party room.

       • Renter responsibilities include, cleaning up all decorations, throwing trash all away in respective recycling and trash containers and other excessive messes made by rental party.

  • At the end of the rental term the renter will be responsible for removing renter’s materials from the premises.
  • Renter is responsible for lost or stolen items – please secure any valuables.
  • Renter will observe all state and municipal fire, safety and health codes and regulations.  At no time will renter block fire exits with property of equipment. Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere in the PPM facility and within 25 feet of doors and parking lot.
  • Renters holding functions involving minors must provide a minimum of 1 chaperone over age 21 for every 5 minors.
  • Renter accepts full responsibility for the behavior of its guests and patrons at its event. 

Payments, Deposit and Refunds:

  • Deposits are due with signed contracts at time of booking. Dates are confirmed when deposit is paid.
  • PPM is only responsible for weekly cleaning of space and will appreciate renter’s cooperation to keep facility clean for others. Please leave the room rented as you found it.
  • Deposits on cancellations more than 30 days before event dates are refunded, less a $25 administrative fee.  No refunds are given for cancellations received less than 1 week before event date.
  • Please make checks payable to: Pacific Pinball Museum.  Bounced checks will result in a $25 fee to cover our bank costs and will not serve as a guarantee to hold your date.

 

FAQ’s for your upcoming party at the Pacific Pinball Museum

Q: Can I decorate the room?

            A: Each of our two rooms are decorated, often with special art and exhibits on the walls. We allow table cloths, table top decorations and helium balloons. Nothing may be attached to the walls or ceiling.

Q: What if some of our guests do not want to play pinball, do they have to pay admission?

            A: The Pacific Pinball Museum is a unique and festive place to explore on many levels. We have a science area, signage to explain and explore the antique and newer pinball machines and often have special exhibits and art installations on display. As a 501 c Non-Profit, we pride ourselves on continuing to keep our machines, environment, employee salaries, etc. on target and growing. All guests between the ages of 4 and 94 are required to pay admission cost. We always appreciate your patronage and hope you enjoy your time with us.

Q: Since you are a non-profit, can I write off my admission cost?

            A: We are a 501c and donations both from corporations or individuals is always welcome! These donations are tax deductible. Partial tax deductions are also allowable for memberships to the museum. (Please ask your tax preparer as to how much is allowed by law for your own taxes). Per the tax code, admission and room rental are not presently deductible.

Q: How much does it cost to rent a space for a party or event?

            A: We have a party package plan for room rental in both our small party and large party rooms. Please refer to our website for more information about size of parties and cost per plan. These plans are tailor made for a variety of party sizes from 10 +. Please contact us for pricing for corporate or weekday meetings (party@pacificpinball.org).

Q: Can I have alcohol at my party?

            A: Our large party room is a private space that can accommodate up to 75 people for a party or event. Alcohol is allowed in this party space and all beverages and food of any kind is be to be kept in the private space. There is also a private restroom, juke box and small kitchen prep space available in large party room. No alcohol is allowed in the shared small party room space.

Q: How early can I come to set up my party?

            A: The Pacific Pinball Museum opens at 11am every day (Closed Mondays). Clients may begin set up no earlier than 11:00am, parties may begin @ 11:30am. We allow a half hour before and after a party for the large party room for setup and clean up, and this time is included your party package. We allow fifteen minutes before and after your party for setup and cleanup for the small party room. Please let us know if you have other needs.
