In order to make our Pacific Pinball Expo show a success every year we rely heavily on the generosity of our Volunteers. This year is no exception and we are looking for another group of enthusiastic people who would be willing to help.

We are open to any amount of time a person is willing to give, we have lots of positions to fill from Set up and Tear down of Pinball Games, Security/Floor Monitoring, Game Repair, Docents for our exhibits (Science and History) and staffing the front desk as well as PPM/Expo Merchandise and Raffle booths.
For those willing to put in a minimum of the following hours we have the following perks:
Minimum 4 hours time donated durring one Show day = free entry to the show on the day worked
Minimum 4 hours per day for 2 or more days = free entry for the show on the days worked and a free Staff Shirt (different from show shirts sold to the public)
Set up and Tear Down (must be physically able to move and lift machines) = free entry to show for entire weekend and free Staff T-Shirt
All volunteers will have access to a snack area for staff only and water/soda's will be provided.

The Pacific Pinball Museum of Alameda, CA is sponsoring our 4th annual Pacific Pinball Exposition (PPE) at the Marin County Civic Center Exhibition Hall in San Rafael, CA. We will have a huge variety of Pinball and other games spanning the last 80 years from our museum's collection as well as historic displays, unique artwork and science exhibits from other pinball collectors and enthusiasts. All machines will be set to free play so you can step back in time and play a game on a historic "woodrail" from the 1950's or try to beat the high score on one of the many newer games produced in the last decade. Our show is family friendly and will delight all kids from age 3 to 93.

There’s three of ‘em: Novice, Split Flipper, and Expert.
2 plays for $5 -or- 5 plays for $10
You may only switch once between Novice and Expert. If you play in Novice and then want to play in Expert, you void your Novice scores. If you play in Expert and choose to play in Novice, you void your Expert scores.

Tournament Schedule
Friday, 2pm - 6pm and 7pm - 9:45pm: Qualifying rounds for all divisions
Saturday, 11am – 6pm: Qualifying rounds for all divisions
8pm-11:30pm: Split Flipper playoffs and finals
7pm-11:30pm: Qualifying rounds continue for Novice, Expert and Eelectro Mechanical divisions
Sunday, 10:30am: Electro Mechanical (EM) playoffs begin
Noon: Novice Divison playoffs begin
2pm: Expert Divison playoffs begin
Free Entry - register with your parents signature and contact information.
Daily Prizes will be awarded for highest score: Friday 8pm, Saturday 6pm and Sunday 6pm.
Each of the winners has a choice of a 2010 Exposition t-shirt or an Expo poster plus a PPM keychain.

If you would like to be a vendor this years Expo please download the Vendor Application Form below. We have a limited number of spaces available so they will be reserved in a first come first served basis. We may have to limit the amount of spaces per vendor to one or two depending on the amount of applicants.

Participating vendors who wish to stay on the Marin County Fairgrounds ajoining the Exhibition Hall in an RV or Camper will need to fill in the RV reservation form. Unfortunately this is only open to Vendor or attendees bringing Games to exhibit not open to the public.

Please download and fill in the Game Owner Release Form and follow noted instructions. This year we're especially looking for people willing to bring their Solid State and DMD games to add to our list. If you have any questions please let us know.
For anyone needing to stage games at our warehouse prior to the show dates please contact us to make arrangements. The PPM staff will bring it to the exhibit hall and set up your machine for you. You can bring your games home directly after the show on Sunday October 3rd or we will tear down and transport it back to the warehouse and you can pick up at a later date (all machines must be picked up from the warehouse within 2 weeks after the show).
